Subscriptions- how-toUpdated a month ago

Subscriptions let you have a standing or recurring order of your favourite products. This means you don’t need to create a new order each time and you don’t need to remember our order cut offs.

You can schedule the frequency of your subscription order to be delivered to weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Your order will be automatically billed and processed the Sunday before your next delivery. You will receive an email notification 24 hours prior to your subscription order being processed so you can make changes to your order. 

You can add items, pause, skip, cancel your subscription at any time. 

How to create a subscription order

Simply browse products on our website and if an item is available for subscription, you will have the option to select 'subscribe & save 5%'. This will appear above the add to cart button.

Select your preferred subscription interval and add to cart. You can choose from weekly, fortnightly or monthly orders.

You can add any products to your cart, if they aren't added as a subscription product, they will be delivered as a once off included with your subscription products. Only the items with the subscription status appearing in your cart (see below) will be created as your subscription contract.

Simply select your preferred delivery date, checkout, and your payment will be taken the time the order is placed. From there, your subscription payment will be charged on Sunday the week before the order is due. It's as simple as that! You can add one-time products in for the upcoming order at any time before Sunday billing and customise your subscription order from your customer account. Frequently Asked Questions

What can I subscribe to? You can subscribe to over 150 products from our shop. These are core products that we can supply year round. For limited or seasonal products, you can add them to your order as a one-time purchase before the billing date, subject to availability.

Why is a product not available for subscription? We can only offer permanent products on subscription. If a product is a promotional item, seasonal product, or limited edition, we can't guarantee that is available at all times.

Is there a minimum order amount? Yes- our subscription orders follow the same delivery policies as regular orders, including delivery fees.

Can I use discount codes? Unfortunately, the 5% standing discount cannot by applied with any other offers. Discount codes and credits do not apply to subscription orders.
