We are always pleased to hear when customers are happy with their orders, and we indeed encourage the return of delivery boxes. When you&apos;re ready for your next delivery, simply leave all packaging materials, including boxes, at your door, and our driver will collect them.Packaging plays a critical role in protecting our food throughout its journey. We are aiming to minimise our packaging and use either recycled/recyclable or compostable materials. We strongly encourage you to leave out your packaging for our delivery drivers to collect when dropping off your next order. This helps to reduce waste and lengthen the product&apos;s life.We can accept your Dirty Clean Food cardboard boxes, thermal liners, bubble wrap, egg cartons and ice packs.Please place your Fruit and Veggie cardboard boxes in your council bin for recycling.We don&apos;t accept return of pet food packaging, please dispose responsibly.

Subscriptions let you have a standing or recurring order of your favourite products. This means you don&#x2019;t need to create a new order each time and you don&#x2019;t need to remember our order cut offs.You can schedule the frequency of your subscription order to be delivered to&#xA0;weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Your order will be automatically billed and processed the Sunday before your next delivery. You will receive an email notification 24 hours prior to your subscription order being processed so you can make changes to your order.&#xA0;You can add items, pause, skip, cancel your subscription at any time.&#xA0;How to create a subscription orderSimply browse products on our website and if an item is available for subscription, you will have the option to select &apos;subscribe &amp; save 5%&apos;. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product is out of stock, and we appreciate your interest. Our products are ordered and produced in shorter frequent intervals, to ensure that they&apos;re fresh to your door. Unfortunately we can&apos;t give an exact date as to when a product is returning, as we have 600+ products that are going out of stock, being made, being ordered and arriving to us daily.We work with small batch producers and focus on sustainable production. Not all products can be made to a certain size specification or cut at all times due to a various number of reasons. Utilisation is crucial to minimising food waste, and working with nature, its seasonal and environmental effects, will always be our priority over creating wastage in order to provide specific products year round. we thank our customers for their understanding.
