If you receive an email confirmation with the incorrect date please reach out ASAP via our Help Centre fast tracked service : Report an issue with delivery.
You will need to log in to submit your query, so that our system can retrieve your order details. Please create an account, find out more here.
Once you have logged in, select 'my delivery didn't arrive on the date I selected' and select the order affected from the list.
Select, 'subscriptions-other'.
If you would like to cancel for the week, select the first option. If you need further help such as rescheduling please click, 'I need further help' to submit a ticket.
