When and where to collect pickup ordersUpdated a month ago

An order confirmation is emailed to you soon after you place your order.

Your order will be ready on the day you selected. The date is outlined in the initial order confirmation- we don't send out an email on the day so please check the original order confirmation and ensure that the details are correct. 

If the date is incorrect, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Pickup hours 

• Monday-Thursday (10am-5pm)
• Friday (8am-3pm)

Please note: pickup orders are now being received at the back of the building. Please ring the green bell located on the right of the roller door.
