Delivery fees below apply per order on all orders:Perth Metro:&#xA0;We offer free delivery on orders over $120.&#xA0;South West WA:&#xA0;We offer free delivery to South West WA on orders over $150.Orders under the free delivery minimum have a flat rate delivery fee of $15. Please be advised that we cannot change your order date if it conflicts with a product and delivery cut off, as many products are made to order.We regularly assess the delivery zones, and if enough interest, we may be able to reach you!

Delivery Zones & Order Cutoffs

Find out about our standard delivery timeframes.

We deliver between 10am to 6pm, your delivery comes in packaging that will keep your products food-safe for a few hours if you are not home. You will also receive a tracking link on the day of delivery.We are unable to accommodate to special requests for orders to arrive at a certain time as the delivery schedule is mapped based on the orders in your area, and we cannot control unexpected traffic conditions that may occur.

What time is delivery?

Our recommendation for storage of deliveries.

While our delivery trucks are refrigerated, it is always recommended that you receive your order and place into safe storage as soon as possible. We do not recommend leaving your order out for extended periods of time.We know it is not possible in some situations for people to be at home when their order arrives, so our packing solution will help keep your products food-safe for a few hours. We also place extra ice-packs in your order when it is forecasted to be a hotter day. If you are living in an apartment complex, please note your security gate code in the &quot;Apartment&quot; field at checkout, so that our delivery team can leave your order in a safe spot.

How long can I leave an order outside?

We are short staffed. Please first check if there is an existing article on the Help Centre that might answer your question, so that we can manage the high number of queries we are receiving.
