On the day of your delivery, you will receive an sms text with the live tracking link and ETA of your order arriving.&#xA0;Check the Track My Order link to see where it is.If no luck, please use our Contact Us form, select &apos;What&apos;s the status of my delivery?&apos; subject, and let us know your order number and name and we will get back to you as soon as possible.Please note: if our drivers are unable to leave your order in a safe place, they will bring your orders back to our HQ and we will contact you for redelivery. Please ensure that if there are instructions such as gate keys, that you add them to the order notes when checking out.

How to add an item to an order after you've placed it.

We can certainly add to your order if a product is in stock. Please note, no changes are confirmed until the additional payment is made. We may withhold the delivery of your order if we don&apos;t receive the additional payment.While we strive to accommodate additions to orders whenever possible, sometimes due to timing or stock availability this may not be feasible. In cases where an item has sold out before we could add it to your order, we sincerely apologise. Your continued support is greatly valued.

Did you select on the wrong delivery day when placing your order?

Orders must be placed by a certain time for next day deliveries or pick-ups. If your order is placed after the cutoff time, it will be scheduled for the available delivery date you have selected at checkout. For our fruit &amp; veg box and certified organic produce box, orders must be received by a specific cutoff time before Monday 3.30pm for same week delivery.This is to avoid wastage. If orders are received after the cutoff, they will automatically be scheduled for the next available delivery cycle.

What to do if you need to change delivery address on a pending order.

In the event you need to change the delivery address for an order that&apos;s already in progress, don&apos;t hesitate to let us know- fill out your request on our form: &apos;<a href="https://www.dirtycleanfood.com.au/pages/help?hcUrl=%2Fen-GB%2Fflows%2F01J6XSXE2PEB72BXTX7F2YZGXC" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Make a change to my order</a>&apos; and select change the order date.Provide the new address details, order number and full name used to place the order and we will update the information to ensure your order arrives at the correct location.We require a minimum 24 hours before set delivery day, within business operating hours, to make the correct changes.We appreciate your business and are here to make the delivery process as smooth as possible for you.
